On the banks of Otway Sound, in an environment where nature manifests its stunning and unspoilt beauty, surrounded by forests and mountains, "Rancho Sutivan" is located, which, together with its proximity to the sea, offers an unforgettable landscape. It is a place of relaxation and adventure, where you can enjoy various activities of country life, fishing, or penetrate countless coves aboard a kayak to continue to admire the pristine beauty of the place. Day 1: Departure from Punta Arenas at 8.30 hrs. and after a journey of 156 km, we arrive to SUTIVAN RANCH, located in the municipality of Rio Verde, where there will be a warmly welcomed with an aperitif, cocktail and home lunch.After this delicious rural lunch, we will settle down and we will befree for a couple of hours to get over jet lag. In the afternoon, we will review the information for central area of the farm, its operation, its infrastructure and history as one of the first sawmills in the Chilean Patagonia; we will also get to know and learn the basics of saddle horses, and we will adapt the saddles to our requirements of next day to begin our grand ride.

DolphinDay 2: At 7.00 am, the breakfast will be ready, a good coffee, milk, homemade bread, ham, cheese, homemade jams, and free-range eggs that will give us enough energy to start the grand ride, full of adventures in the shore of Otway Sound, hills, climbs and descents, river crossings, for about 6 hours till getting to Toro Bay, where we will enjoy the pristine nature, ever-green forests, bird watching and, if we have luck, a red or gray fox or a sea lion, or a Austral dolphin.

Arriving at Toro Bay, we will rest our horses, and release the straps, take water, while we will be enjoying our lunch box.

Back in the evening, we will enjoy a replenishing abundant homemade meal accompanied by a glass of wine, coffee and a digestif. After this exhausting day, nothing beats a good hot bath outdoors, contemplating some mates well preserved the sky by the sea.

Day 3: Like the previous day, breakfast will be provided from 7 am. To 9.30, for those who want a break from the ride, in order to start together a typical preparation of roast lamb, the style of the Patagonian farms, together with a glass of wine, “pebre” (typical Chilean chili sauce)“sopaipillas” or cakes, as it is said in the countryside, salads and homemade dessert. Once enjoyed the roast, at 17 hrs. We will embark on the journey back to Punta Arenas.

This program includes relaxation baths of hot water, outdoors, in cypress.

GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS: learning horseback riding, no experience needed, bring warm clothing, waterproof resistant, good shoes, camera, and sunscreen.
